Oh. Jirku ist Canadier? Nun gut. Wir glauben das gern. Nach seiner brillianten LP auf Force Inc kommen hier endlich vier neue Tracks, die
etwas von der runden Reduktion rausnehmen, und dafür den Floor und die Basslines stärker in den Vordergrund schichten. Stärker heißt allerdings nicht unbedingt viel, und so sind die Stücke vor allem deshalb so gut, weil man den einzelnen Sounds und ihrem Herumflattern im Gerüst der Beats immer noch so lange nachsehen kann, dass sehr sehr viel Tiefe entsteht. Musik, die den Minimalismus von Clicks auf die Spitze treiben kann, und dabei dennoch einen Hauch von Chicagominimalfunk aufrecht erhält, der im rechten Moment überrascht strukturell kicken kann.
